Split thresholds using min max columns rather than formual #132

Three cols

Equal Min Max

If equal populated disable min max If min or max populated disable equal Require at least one to be populated

Help text should show range limits e.g.

Equal = Min > Max <=

We can still internally store in the formula and show read only the generated formula
