The worker task has been implemented via #596, but I think it still has some issues:

[ ] bbox that is passed to tegola to generate the vector tile for South Africa only
[ ] Zoom 0-24 based on the json style, we probably could do overzoom so no need to generate the vector tile until zoom 24

Discussed with Tim, we could work on the overzoom, but we still keep the tegola container as of now. Closing this ticket.
