Set transparency in chart total area vs area available #2055

Currently, the orange area is at the front and hiding the other chart. We can make the area to be transparent so we can see both charts.

@amyburness what do you think of this transparency? I think I'm able to see the red line if it's below the orange line now (in the arrow). image
