Screenshots need to be translated to german #48

Problem

The help documentation is nicely showing in German but there are still english screenshots.

Proposed solution

[x] create screenshots under QGIS running in de locale of the same screens shown in the docs
[x] place the images under the help/resources/de directory with exactly the same file names as the english versions and then rebuild the docs.
[x] build a new 1.0.4 package which includes the localised screenies.
Expected outcome

German users should be able to enjoy the documentation completely in their native language.
