We need to create and host an experimental repository for test versions of the plugin #7

Problem

Before release it on QGIS Plugins official repository, we need to create our own repository to put test version of the plugin. This test version can be used for testing and can be accessed by the users.

Proposed solution

Use testing.linfiniti.com for hosting it (?) Make a script to put the plugin on the experimental repository.

Expected outcome

Repository for test version of the plugins is available.

We decided to push it straight to the QGIS repo.
