Language translation fixed #85

Translation issues occurred because the 'de.qm' has been missing. Translation instructions were therefore not 'installed' when the plugin loads, and therefore no translation was performed. The gm files has been added and the problem is now solved.

@Samweli Those files were, along with the de.qm file, also in the qgis2 version of the plugin, and missing from the repo we have been working on. So the files were not changed, but rather added back into the repo.
