Games quickly drain the battery, this is expected.

It is really not the period of time I played sukodu that drained the battery.
I just did a check:
1. Start sudoku
2. Fill in only one field
3. Exit soduku (so I played only for a couple of seconds)
4. Switch of prs 600 to stand by
5. wait for a couple of hours.
6. Try to wake up de prs 600
7. fail in doing so, because the battery is empty.
There is a perfect workaround for this: don't play games.

Leo,
how do you quit Sudoku?
Are you using the menu EXIT -> QUIT or are you quitting via the home-button?
Do you observe this battery-draining behaviour also with other games or still
with Sudoku? Which is the only one (besides MineSweeper) using a FSK-Menu.
If you are quitting via menu, can you please try to quit via the home-button,
please?
As there might be a potential problem with the menu-code used.
Thanks Mark

Hello Mark,
I'm using the menu to quit the game. I will try to exit sudoku with the home
button and also the other games. I'll keep you informed.

It looks like the menu option is the only way to exit sudoku. Pressing the home
button results in the trafic sign in the status bar at the bottom of the
screen. (the do not enter sign). At least, on my prs 600 that is.

You are right.
The code in the default-repository is missing this
{{{ <function id="doRoot">
this.ExitQuit();
</function>}}}
definition in sudoku.xml to assign exit to the home-button.
But please check with other games.
Thanks
Mark

so far, chess did not drain the battery. I'm checking the others too.

It's only sudoku which causes problems.

So I removed the Exit-Menu from Sudoku and enabled exit via the home-button.
Let's see if this cures the problem.
New code is available in both repositories (default and app) to build a custom
installer, and shoud be included in the forthcoming 2.0.12 hotfix

Closing of sudoku with home button works and exit via menu option has been
removed. This solved the battery drain problem for me.
the issue can be closed
