ALL: "On the fly" loaded books do not show size in comments #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have SD/MS card with "scanning disabled (load cache)" mode
2. Set "show file size in comment" BrowseFolders option to true
3. Open any unscanned book on the card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is to see the file size, but you get only author.
