Hi,

please note that there are two (2) places to set the clock-format.
One is the standard-Sony-Settings - this is NOT used with the clock in the 
statusbar
the other one is under PRS+Settings!
Please try to change it there and report back.

Maybe a new FR: link Standard-UI-Settings to PRS+ Settings where applicable
