When running lagLovligeNCNavnPåKodelistekoder.vbs it will not remove all quotes.

Example "Adgang forbudt"-område becomes "AdgangForbudt-område. The leading quote remains and the first character is still uppercase.

Check the fix in branch issue #1, needs to be tested.
