Simplify onboarding of components

User story

As an developer on a product team I want to be able to onboard a new app as fast and easy as possible to the backstage catalog so that we don’t do anything wrong and don’t spend more time than needed

As a team member on the security team I want to be able to automatically onboard all the repositories on github.com/kartverket to the backstage catalog so that we don’t have to manually add everything

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Find a way to import all repositories on github.com/kartverket using catalog-info.yaml files with meaningful data
• [ ] Find a way to ensure that new components are easy to set up and reduce the possibility for errors, duplicates or missing configuration fields

• We have created a template for onboarding techdocs.
• SKVIS is onboarding existing repositories

The onboarding template needs to be updated with component types when they have been decided
