Support contact points on components

User story

As a product team I want to be able to define contact points for a component so that when other teams in Kartverket need to contact us they know how

As a team member on team security I want to know who to contact on a team in the case of a security event so that we don’t spend precious time finding who is responsible for a component

As a team lead in Kartverket I want to be able to see what roles a person has so that when an employee quits we know which responsibilities need to be reassigned

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] It is possible to link people to components and also show their role in relation to that link
• [ ] Said people are prominently displayed on the component in a user friendly manner
• [ ] Documentation is written and contains
• [ ] How to add a person as a contact to a component with their role
• [ ] How to find what responsibilities a person has
