As an developer on a product team I want to see how many vulnerabilities are present on the components I own so that it’s easy to get an overview

As a member of the security organization I would like to see some overview over the security posture of the various modules with some ranking features

✅ Acceptance criteria

• [ ] We fetch data from either GItHub Advanced Security or Sysdig Secure and present that on components in the developer portal
• [ ] The data is also shown in some overview, for example a plugin page
