As a product team I want to have a template for when I want to set up a new app deployment so that it’s quick and easy to get started deploying with Argo CD
âś… Acceptance criteria
[ ] A new template in the developer portal called “New app deployment” has been created
[ ] The new template allows you to enter the name of an apps repo, the name of the cluster to deploy to and some other common options
[ ] When run, it creates a file and directory in the specified apps repo with a basic Skiperator app
