• Reduce cluster variance by a significant amount to be determined upon viewing clusters from Sprint 1 and write data preprocessor to automate.
  • Do feature engineering if possible/necessary based on research.
• Investigate relationship between one type of phenotypic data (t.b.d based on group choices) and clusters found during Sprint 1
