Sprint 2 - Use VI and NVI to measure the qualities of the clusters and analyze the clusters to determine shared phenotypes #5

Goal: Link clusters to phenotypes. Write scripts to analyze the subjects in each cluster and determine what phenotypes they have in common. Research to determine the significance of these phenotypes. Use validation methods VI and NVI to measure the quality of the clusters.

DoD: 1) Scripts link clusters to phenotypes. A map of phenotypes specific to each cluster and their scientific significance generated. 2) Quality of the clusters from the previous sprint are measured using VI and NVI metrics.
