ODT->PDF Conversion: Table border alignment problem

2. Open the PDF Viewer and note the odd alignment issues with the table borders 
at certain zoom levels (see attached screenshot "table_alignment.png" for exact 
locations and zoom level.)

Teh expected output should be the table without any cell/table border issues at 
any zoom levels.
