odt->pdf : footer not rendered to PDF #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open footer_gone.odt in LibreOffice and render to PDF
2.in xdocreport render to PDF
3.Compare

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both should have a footer. Only LibreOffice rendering has one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LibreOffice 3.6.5

Please provide any additional information below.

We are using 0.9.8 and will upgrade to 1.0.2 now
