docx->pdf vMerge + gridSpan problem #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Convert the attached DOCM to PDF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The generated table should look like the original one. Instead, the cell "12" 
is generated with the right colSpan (w:gridSpan) but ignores its rowSpan 
(w:gridSpan).
This problem occurs each time a table has one or more cell with a rowSpan 
(w:vMerge) AND a colSpan (w:gridSpan) with a value of 2 and over.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xdocreport 1.0.4
