Fixes sub-pixel positioning (part of this must be applied by users of this crate, though failing to do so won't cause anything much worse than pre-existing render issues)
Enables sub-pixel positioning by default

And the result looks pretty good IMO (though still lacks RGB sub-pixel rendering):
