Replace clipboard, primary buffer, Press::grab, new 0.13.0 release #383

382 was not released due to the window_clipboard dependency. This PR replaces that with arboard + smithay-clipboard, and:

supports the primary buffer on Linux
adds Press::grab builder pattern
