It seems they have closed the ignition_garden branch of the ardupilot_gazebo respository. As far as I can tell the reason is that it became the default: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot_gazebo/pull/29
So we need to change the README and any other dependencies to reflect this.
The .rosinstall link in the README is also incorrect and should be changed to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kas-lab/pipeline_inspection/main/pipeline_inspection/pipeline_inspection.rosinstall
