To make things easier for users to get started contributing I have added a script (data-fetch.R) that will download and unzip data from the Brazilian data website and unzip it into the external_data folder -- which it will create if it doesn't exist.
I have also modified the the raw-table-excerpt.Rmd to use here package. I was not able to run it in it's original form because the Rmd wd will be the analysis folder and all of the paths in the file are relative to the project root folder.
