Group(Org) Level Board. #5

Please add support for Group(Org) Level Board, since very often because of Git, projects are very fragmented, and the best view is on the Group Level, including all repos in that group.

Please check v.3.0. This version supports User / Group level summary board in all relevant repositories. The Summary board is read-only so far.

If you want to browse issues in a Group's repositories, click "Summary board" tab in group profile page.
