About this Mac...-collecting info fails on 10.9.2 #18

-install kernel extension -reboot -choose Apple menu, about this Mac..., more info... and choose either USB or Firewire tree. -"Collecting info failed" appears in the right side of the window -remove kernel extension -reboot -choose Apple menu, about this Mac..., more info... and choose either USB or Firewire tree. -the USB/Firewire devices will be shown

Used 0.9 version of SMART-driver. Thanks.

Thanks for that report! I’m trying to migrate some ZFS data off USB drives using a latest-model 15" Retina MacBook Pro and OS X 10.9.2 (with OpenZFS on OS X 1.2.0) and installed SAT-SMART 0.9 to debug what are probably USB issues.

I’m seeing the same behavior and was worried it might be a hardware problem.
