OTS seems to prefer its own authorship information to OJS-supplied authorship information #41

Noted in cases where authors in the document are in ALL CAPS whereas OJS has Normal Capitaliation. Also appears to apply to e.g. affiliations, which can have typos from OCR operations in the OTS data.
