Group SERVICE blocks to same endpoint #124

It would be great if the planner could merge SERVICE blocks that would query the same SPARQL endpoint, to minimize the number of HTTP roundtrips.

I think the referenced commit resolves this issue. Either way, since it's 4 years old and in the nominally unmaintained RDF::Query package, I'm going to close the issue.
