Give URI::NamespaceMap special treatment in serializers #143

Perhaps fixing #90 doesn't make much sense for Trine, as we have Attean, but I figured it could be worth it just to allow the namespaces argument to serializers to accept a URI::NamespaceMap object nevertheless?
