CSSTUDIO-778: Add flat property to LEDs. #425

Refactored the code that creates the LED gradient in order to have the same shading effect.
Added border to LED in BooleanButton, making the LED "going inside the button".
Added "flat" property to have more modern L&F for LEDs.
Small tweaks in the led CSS style.

I don't like extra options just for looks. This leads to inconsistent displays because half the people pick one and half the other option with no change in functionality.

How about making 'flat' the new default, i.e. the gradient is simply removed and LED are now flat? No option, just update the look. Same as Apple did with iOS.

Master has been updated to use flat LEDs, which I agree look better. Bool Button now also uses the same style, thanks for detecting that!
