Standalone window size #436

Standalone window size updated and tested on MacOS X 10.13.6, Linux CentOS 7.5, and Windows 7 Professional.

Excellent, thanks! Imported those numbers without need for added dependency

Thank you Kay. I knew there was already the support for platform test, but I was unable to remembered where.
