Contextual menus restructured. #513

I've made the 2 contextual menu more similar to each other. Moreover no elements disappears/appears: instead their enabled status is changed.

@kasemir The idea of having the Undo/Redo close to the mouse cursor was a request from users that don't like the buttons (and really they will prefer having the CTRL+Z/CTRL+Y keys, something happening later in another PR).

Phoebus version has the CTRL+Z/CTRL+Y support.
