Back button no longer exist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Navi-X script
2. Navigate into a playlist
3. Press 'Back' button on XBOX controller.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pressing Back will go to the previous menu up to the top level. From the
top level menu pressing Back will do nothing. It used to exit the script,
quite conveniently.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This issue started around version 2.9, but previous versions did not have
this problem.

Please provide any additional information below.

Use the left button to exit Navi-X. The Back button will go to the previous menu
because of the Apple TV remote. This behaviour was requested by a number of 
Apply users.
