If description contains apostrophe mark then editing doesn't work #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Click 'Add New' button
2.Type in description containing apostrophe mark (')
3.Type in estimate and press Enter key
4.Edit the item
5.Change estimate and press Enter key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should have changed estimate. Instead the estimate remains unchanged. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7. Version is 1.9.

Please provide any additional information below.

If description doesn't contain apostrophe then estimate will be changed 
properly.
