Fix #2 : keep as default FlashMode and FlashFreq (possible since esptool v2)
Fix #8 : seems to be an effect of breaking change introduced in https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino/issues/5572

Both fixes were produced as reverse engineering and seem to be working on my machine
