In your Joshua contact, do you have any reference to "Martin" like a
streetname, nick name or other element?
The search is done by the Android API on the whole contact.
A workaround is to use the alias command.

Yes, Joshuas street address is Martins Road. Changing that to Bob Road made the
app behave as expected.

Adding a restriction on the search to the name only is too restrincting I think.

I should be able to get it to work using the alias command. I would have
expected that when using the SMS command, it would only match either the name
or nickname fields. Perhaps an option can be added to limit what fields are
matched when sending an SMS.

There is already too much settings but I will see what can I do.
Maybe manage commands contact and sms differently: All fields for contacts and
only name for SMS.
