control form user interface is not available #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am a new user, learning to work on PFS using FDS. I am facing problem in
opening control form user interface ( i.e. PFS window for simulation). I was
running an FDS example i.e. room_fire.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
These are following steps I have followed:
1) In C folder, I have created PFS file with "bin" as one sub-dir (copy pasted
all .dll files) and "applications" as another sub-dir (room_fire folder in
which all files related to room_fire for running it in FDS are present along
with the PFS excel sheet with name "room_fire" and fds5.exe file too).
2)I have opened "PFS_expertControl" sheet and given work directory path and
project name (since I was unable to open "show control form" present in
"PFS_help" sheet).
3) When i click on "Show Control Form" icon present in PFS_help sheet. I got
message it says "cannot run the macro 'room_fire.xls!showuserform'. The macro
may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled"
4) When I enable the macro the excel file gets struck (not responding)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Product: PFS4 and FDS5(both are latest version)
Operating System: Windows 7, 64 bit, 4 GB RAM and 2.0 GHz Intel core 2 duo
processor.

Please provide any additional information below.
FDS5 is working properly (performed many examples)
I hereby attach the files.

Thank you for your time and consideration

This response is probably useless (coming eight months late), but I'll post it
anyway. The example case works fine on my computer (32 bit Windows XP). I don't
have access to a 64 bit Windows 7 machine to try it there. The binaries were
compiled in a 32 bit environment.
