Describe the bug "Custom" > "Coutume" is incorrect (should be "Personnalisé" though I don't know the use case this translation is for a masculine gender) "Connecting..." > "De liaison..." is incorrect (should be "Connexion...") "Credentials are required" > "Les justificatifs sont obligatoires" is incorrect "Keys" > "Clés" is incorrect (should be "Touches") "Extra Keys" > "Clés supplémentaires" incorrect (same as above "Touches supplémentaires") "Show Extra Keys" > "Afficher les clés supplémentaires" incorrect (should be "Afficher les touches supplémentaires") "Send Escape" > "Envoyer l'évasion" ??? "évasion" means fleeing a prison ... "Power" > "Pouvoir" ("Pouvoir" means "political power" like a president or "ability to do something", I believe "Allumer" or "Démarrer" could be appropriate) "Logging:" > "Enregistrement:" ...
all these translations match the literal translation from Google Translate but are incorrect in the context they are used to in KasmVNC You cannot translate literally from Google Translate and expect something that makes sense). Either add context to the word to be translated (which is time-consuming) are pay or ask a human).
I believe all French translations and probably all translations if done via Google Translate word by word are nonsensical. This is unfortunate and even translating this way via Google Translate could have been time-consuming. This is sad. Everybody knows you cannot translate word for word. Translation is a skill. At least ask volunteers if you don't have the money to pay a translator.
All in all, Google Translate did not so bad a job with the translations that had multiple words telling the context or for words that do not translate differently based on context.
I initially wanted to send a PR but the task is too massive. Every translation has to be verified.
