Remote access to postgres db

I want to modify pg_hba.conf so i can access the database from outside the container. How do i do this?

I don't think this belongs here, but if you are using the Kasm Workspace platform , pg_hba is stored here: /opt/kasm/current/conf/database/pg_hba.conf
