noVNC encountered an error #216

Hi , when i launch a random session in kasm it gives the following error (image) Screenshot_20220609-174414_DuckDuckGo Thank you.

Can you please provide the exact device make and model you are using and the browser name and version? We would like to get as close as possible to what you are using so we can reproduce.

Hi there , the browser i am using is duckduckgo , and i think it is the problem as i tried the same instance in firefox and chrome and no error message with them.

The device is a Lenovo M73 thinkcentre

I attached more specifications.

Unfortunately we cannot test against DuckDuckGo browser as it is not supported by BrowserStack, which is the software we use to test our platform against different mobile devices and browsers. BrowserStack makes it easy to test against all the different combinations of hardware and browsers out there. Supporting something that is not supported by BrowserStack would mean having to provide our devs physical devices and maintain them all, which is not feasible at this time. If you are aware of an alternative to BrowserStack that supports that browser, we would be interested to know.

I am having the same problem there is no VNC error and i am using firefox
