Describe the bug We are Poway Unified School District in San Diego.

We are winding down evaluation and had our day 1 of students. Our problems is we need a configuration review as we served peak time well, but seem to be having problems with agents shutting down. We have 25+ server on standby for our configuration of 25 enterprise concurrent licenses. This will break the bank on AWS resources consuming $'s when idle.

Could we have a configuration review?
3:45pm PST work well.

Hello @jm1021 , this issue tracker is open source/community support, so you will likely not be able to get the kind of in-depth one on one meeting type support you are looking for here. If you have support through your license, please use our portal to get the assistance you need https://www.kasmweb.com/support. If you are evaluating Kasm, please reach our to your sales person to get assistance from a sales engineer.

I can provide high level guidance. Kasm supports AWS auto-scaling if you have an Enterprise license. When configured, Kasm can automatically scale the agents in AWS to meet demand, and then scale back down when not in use. https://www.kasmweb.com/docs/latest/guide/compute/pools.html#aws-settings

We don't have a video for AWS specifically. This video covers auto scaling in OpenStack, which wont cover your needs precisely, however, it hits a lot of what you need. You would need to of course substitute the OpenStack specific configurations with AWS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYoMUwNXcKU&t=169s

Yes, I have enterprise license but we have discount as we are education and it does not have support. But, we are still in eval so I submitted a ticket.
