[Bug] - Authentication fails when redirecting back to VS Code

System Information

• OS: kasmweb 1.16.0
• VS Code Version: kasmweb/vs-code:1.16.0-rolling-weekly
• GitHub Copilot Extension Version: v1.245.0
• Chrome Version: 131.0.6778.69

Expected Behavior

After completing GitHub authentication in Chrome browser, the redirect back to VS Code should complete the GitHub Copilot authentication process.

Actual Behavior

1. GitHub Copilot extension prompts for authentication in VS Code
2. Chrome browser opens and GitHub authentication completes successfully
3. When Chrome attempts to redirect back to VS Code using xdg-open with the URL: vscode://vscode.github-authentication/did-authenticate?...
4. No result for login.
