Anonymization #7

For the paper submission, we need to:

[x] create a separate branch that we will link on http://anonymous.4open.science/
[ ] remove any traces of quintd datasets
[x] anonymize LLM eval config files (which are also tied to our previous experiments)
[x] remove the mentions of us from the About page
[x] remove the Github link in the navbar

I created the branch called anonymized. The branch is not anonymized yet (but it should be).

I also linked the branch with this anonymous repository: https://anonymous.4open.science/r/factgenie/.

The anonymous repository is updated every ~1 hour from the anonymized branch, so it should be enough to update the branch to update the anonymous repository.
