Refreshing scrolled page results in no dialog #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Embed Upload button in the middle of a large page
2. Scroll page down halfway
3. Press F5 to refresh page
4. Upload button no longer works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox (newest), Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually, anytime the page is not scrolled to the very top, the button no 
longer works.

Yes, on big page (scrolled out) uploader not work.
Fixed.
You can download new version.

In new verion:
(!)Function name changed. Now short name upclick().
(!)Changed parameters. Now parameters in one array.
