unable to upload #27

I followed the Description on the https://code.google.com/p/upload-at-click/ 
and I have a index.html file an upclick-min.js and a server_script file, bust 
still unable to upload file.

I have attached all the files for someone to help

I forgot details

Ubuntu 21.04 64 bits server / windows 7 client for uploading the file

I can open the website and open the file browser on the W7 client for uploading 
the file, I can see the triggered info windows but I cannot see any file 
uploading on the server

as I said any help will be very much appreciated
