Button disppear in ie7 #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open in ie 7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The button disappear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The newest. Apache web server only with Ie 7

Please provide any additional information below.

If u access the following url (http://www.motoclubebrasil.com.br/cadastro.mcb) 
u'll see my issue =[
Only in ie7 or later the button simply disappear sometimes.
