is_dynamic_sidebar broke #3

is_dynamic_sidebar still returns true even though there is no widgets for the page WP Version 3.5.1; Widget Context Version 0.8.1

Yep it does for me as well, and then I investigated the cause and found that

this https://github.com/kasparsd/widget-context-wporg/issues/4 pull request is merged into github code but not available on wordpress.org code (trunk or whatever it is called).

So could you please sync the code so we can use plugins from dashboard instead of coming here and fetching the latest working code.

Note: I saw this pull request being merged about 4 months ago???
