Proper translation support for the plugin #7

This awesome plugin was missing translation support, so I added 'widget-context' textdomain for the plugin and the translated strings! Now it is possible to add translation files to widget-context/languages/!

Unfortunately there have been some changes to the plugin since this pull request was submitted.

Would you mind updating it with the latest changes from master?

Once it has been updated, I will include your changes in the next release of Widget Context.

Version 1.0 68db5fa now includes complete translation support.
