Fix support with rgbds v0.5.0+ #2

Hello since colon tables were removed in rgbds v0.5.0+ i wanted to ask since i fixed them to be able to merge my changes since now everything builds correctly i also had to modify the .gitignore file to exclude my .vscode folder hopefully this is acceptable by your standards

Thank you :slightly_smiling_face: I removed the vscode folder because I think it's better to keep things like that in your own global gitignore file. This is my first pullrequest, I hope I did it somewhat right.
