When I go back to a previous level (to try and solve in fewer moves for example) the level I just unlocked (not completed) is no longer accessible, I have to go to the highest level completed before I can reach the link to the new one.
Highest unlocked is 12:
From another level, highest reachable is 11:
From 11 I can get back to 12:
