Expose the Move Tool #306

It would be helpful for those who are wondering why their solutions are not "right" to be able to use GeoGebra's Move Tool and drag and resize objects and see how they do or do not keep the solution. Great job so far. Stuck on Lv23.

Actually this already is available. The first tool - Point on object - can actually move/resize initial points or whole objects. Maybe it could be mentioned in the tool summary/name.
